End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

CADOps Pty Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our proprietary software tools and applications ("Software") for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement. This license does not include any rights to: (a) Distribute, sublicense, or resell the Software; (b) Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; (c) Use the Software for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

2. Ownership

The Software is owned by CADOps Pty Ltd and is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software or any intellectual property contained within it.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to: (a) Copy or reproduce the Software except for backup or archival purposes; (b) Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software; (c) Share access to the Software with unauthorized users.

4. Assumption of Risk

CADOps Pty Ltd shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from your data management practices, including saving and backing up your work. Users acknowledge they are responsible for following best practices for data integrity and version control.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CADOps Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. CADOps Pty Ltd may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in your possession.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in this region.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and CADOps Pty Ltd regarding the use of the Software and supersedes all prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral, related to its subject matter.

10. Updates and Upgrades

CADOps Pty Ltd may provide updates or upgrades to the Software. Such updates or upgrades may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of installation or download.
