CADOps provides technical drafting, fire safety consultancy, and proprietary software solutions. The specific scope and deliverables for any engagement are defined in the relevant project agreement or approved quote.
3. User Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing the accurate site data, plans, and technical assets required for project completion. We are not liable for any discrepancies or errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate data provided by the user or third parties.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless established otherwise in a specific service agreement, CADOps retains the intellectual property rights to our proprietary methods, underlying software code, and internal technical tools. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for their intended commercial or compliance purposes.
5. Payment & Billing
Professional fees are structured according to the project scope and may include deposits and milestone-based payments. Digital product access is typically provided on a recurring subscription basis. Deliverables remain the property of the company until all relevant fees are settled in full.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CADOps' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of project time or revenue.
7. User Content & License
When using our digital tools and software platforms, you grant us a license to process your project assets solely for the purpose of providing the requested technical services. We maintain strict confidentiality and do not utilize your proprietary designs for any other purpose.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes relating to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in this region.
9. Termination
Access to digital services may be suspended if these terms are violated. Users may terminate ongoing technical engagements or subscriptions according to the notice periods specified in their individual service agreements.
10. Updates to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Your continued use of our platforms constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these terms.
